Why We Built PlanBB

It all started with a trip gone sideways. The three of us — old classmates, close friends — had planned what was supposed to be a perfect getaway. But from day one, things got messy. One wanted to hit the beach first, another insisted on the museum, and someone kept reshuffling the schedule mid-trip. By the end, we'd wasted more time debating than actually enjoying. On the train home, Crark said something that stuck: "We need a place to put all this down — so we stop arguing and start doing."

So we built it. A simple board to capture ideas, organize steps, and see what's next. After that trip, we started using it for everything — weekend hangouts, group dinners, even personal stuff like study plans and birthday parties. Things just... worked. No more chaos, no more forgotten tasks. We shared it with a few friends. They loved it. "This is exactly what I needed," one said. That little tool we made for ourselves? It became PlanBB — simple planning for real life.
